In October 2024, Adak Co hosted a three-day interactive workshop focused on eliciting requirements for a cutting-edge Digital B2B/B2BX CRM system. Designed for project teams and stakeholders, this event fostered collaborative brainstorming to align on vision, goals, and practical functionalities. Participants dove into real-world challenges, exploring everything from sales processes to customer onboarding, while ensuring compliance with ODA standards for seamless, customer-loved digital solutions. The workshop emphasized open dialogue, risk identification, and prioritization to build an evolving roadmap that drives business value.
